Registration fees for 2020:

Age Level

Early Bird

(Aug 12-26)

**NOTE: If the season is cancelled after you register your daughter, please understand that a portion of your registration fee may not be reimbursed.  These portions are associated with the cost of jerseys ($25-30) and the cost associated with processing the refund ($5).

There is a $10 discount for multiple registrations per family.  If you have two daughters registering, your second registration is discounted $10.  If three daughters, both the second and third registration is discounted $10.

We accept late registrations (with a $10 late fee) to allow the opportunity to play softball to as many girls as possible, but only if there are openings left on teams.  The final day to register this season is August 26, 2020 (no late registrations will be accepted this season).

BRYC Player Registration Scholarships

For those families in need of support, BRYC Softball offers scholarship opportunites that help to significantly defray most of the cost of player registration.  If you would like more information about scholarship opportunities, please select one of the forms below to review the criteria for scholarship approval outlined on page 1 of the form.  If you qualify, we ask that you complete and sign the scholarship form and send it with a copy of the document to serve as proof you qualify (see the list on top of page 1 of the scholarship form) to the BRYC Commissionser at Softball@BRYC.org.  You will also mail a $25 check with the original copy of the scholarship form to BRYC Softball, P.O. 10333, Burke, VA 22009.  Once all the paperwork has been received (to include the check for $25) the player will be added to a team roster and begin the season.
